It is with heavy hearts that we share the sad news that our hero, husband, son, our father, our Papa, our brother, our friend and uncle, Gary Beeser, passed away on June 16, 2022.
Gary faced a devastating cancer diagnosis the same way he approached all challenges in his life, with determination, strength, grace, and courage.
If you asked Gary what he was most proud of he would, without hesitation, say his family. His wife, children and his grandchildren were the apple of his eye and he loved nothing more than when we were all together.
Gary was born in Montreal, to the late Donald Beeser and Shirley Abrams, on June 22, 1961.
He moved to Ontario in his early 20’s. And while you can take the boy out of Montreal, you can never take the Habs fan out of the man.
Gary loved all sports. He played hockey, but his greatest love was coaching his East Gwillimbury Eagles kids.
Gary is survived by the love of his life, Kathleen, his daughters Tiffany, Lauren and Taylor and his son Rob. His son-in-laws, James, Kyle and Dave. His five grandchildren, Dylan, Duke, Nash, Rae and Rylee. His mother Shirley, brothers Scott (Liana) and Sandy (Heather) and sister Donna (Pete). And lifelong friends, David and Brenda.
We would like to thank his incredible medical team at Princess Margaret Hospital. Dr. Krasanowska, Dr. Goldstein, Dr. Messe and the entire ENT team.
In lieu of flowers we’d ask for a donation, in Gary’s name, to Princess Margaret Hospital.
Rest In Peace sweet Prince.
You’ll live on forever in our hearts and memories.
