Gary Henry Urban

December 15th, 1970 - June 9th, 2019

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Gary Henry Urban on June 9th, 2019. Survived by his two beautiful daughters Victoria and Jessica Urban. Also survived by Gary Jamieson (Father), Yvonne Urban (Mother), Dieter Urban (Step-father), Shelley Welsh (Mother to Victoria & Jessica), and his siblings Sara, Ursula, Christian, Randy, Alicia and Andy. Gary will forever be remembered by his extended family, close friends, customers and members of the Innisfil Fire Department.  Gary has been a long time resident of Innisfil, Ontario. A very proud retired volunteer Captain of the Innisfil Fire Department Station #2 and a hard working auto-technician at Lefroy Automotive where he spent his days alongside his boss and close friend Doug Essam and apprentice Justin Holmes. Visitation from 2-3pm with Services held at 3pm on Sunday June 16th, 2019 at Innisfil Community Church 1571, Innisfil Beach Road, Innisfil, Ontario L9S1A9.  Rev. Howard Courtney will be officiating. Light refreshments to follow in the lobby. Everyone is welcome.  Memorial donations may be made to his daughters Victoria and Jessica Urban to help them through life (via cheque payable to: Shelley Welsh (in trust) for Victoria and Jessica Urban or e-transfer to shelleysemailaddress@gmail.com). There is no right way to say goodbye so instead let’s celebrate this amazing man and his love of life.
