Joan Sarah Anne Miller

MILLER, Joan Sarah Anne - Passed away peacefully at the IOOF Seniors Home in Barrie on Monday, December 11th, 2017 in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Donald Miller. Cherished mother to Stewart (Mary Anne) of Orangeville, Scott (Nicki) of Barrie, Glenn (Michelle) of Barrie, Jamie (Christine) of Innisfil, and pre- deceased by her son Craig (the late Kim). Loving grandmother of Becky, Alison, Chris, Andrew, Mackenzie, Sara, Brittany, Ryan, Suzannah, Julia and the late Kris.  Joan will also be missed and remembered by her 9 great-grandchildren. Joan is also lovingly remembered in her hometown of Lincoln, England, by her two remaining sister's, Pearl and Marilyn, as well as many nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at the INNISFIL FUNERAL HOME, 7910 Yonge St. Stroud, on Saturday, December 16th, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation starting at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at St. James Cemetery, Stroud. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
