Joan Faye Ramsay

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Joan Ramsay. Joan was a force to be reckoned with and fought a battle not for the faint of heart. Joan passed away peacefully in her sleep on Thursday, April 18, 2019. She will be deeply missed by her husband Don of nearly 60 years. Loving Mother to Donna Currie (Brian), Darla Fraser (David) & Dan Ramsay (Susan). She was a proud Grandmother to Randy, Cristin (Leo), Cory, Megan, Kevin, Richard & Ian. Beloved by her sisters, Joyce Abolins (Andy), Jeannie Prinzen (Henry) and Sister-In-Law Dayle Lonergan. She will be missed by her Nieces, Nephews and many friends. Our heartfelt appreciation goes out to all the staff and volunteers that touched Joan's life in a special way during her time at Roberta Place. Family and friends are welcomed to gather at the Innisfil Funeral Home on Saturday, April 20th between 7 pm and 9 pm and Sunday, April 21st from 1 pm to 3 pm, with a service to follow. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the MS Society would be appreciated.
