da COSTA, JOEN - On the evening of Friday December 7th 2018,  Mum slipped away comfortably in the arms of her youngest son Christopher. Responding to Chris’ retelling, John and Mike both confirmed that her’s was what physicians call “a good death”. Just that morning at breakfast our Mum told Chris that she had decided to make a major improvement in her dietary management. She had decided to remove wheat from her diet altogether! Joen Kerr da Costa’s vibrant life will be celebrated at INNISFIL FUNERAL HOME 7910 Yonge Street, Stroud L9S 1L5 on Saturday, December 15th 2018, with visitation from 1:00 pm until time of service at 2:00 pm.
