Kathryn Elizabeth Clements

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beautiful mother Kathryn Elizabeth Clements (Kate) on Thursday April 7, 2022 at home with her children by her side at the age of 66.

For 7 years Kate battled with Neuroendocrine Cancer and those that knew her can be sure no quarter was given and none asked.

Beloved wife of the late Collin Clements. She is survived by her loving children and stepchildren Christopher, Elizabeth (Daniel) and Cory, Daniel (Kim), Johnathan (Spring) and Casey (Michelle). She will be missed by her adoring grandchildren - Shelby, Logan & Avery, Tyler & Abbigale, Everett, Jace & Ruby-Lynn, Evangelina, Xavier & Aurora and GG to Malcolm, Eleanore & Brooklyn. Sister-in-law to Robert, John and Brenda and dear aunt to Nicole, Emily, Amy, Ryan and Krystal.

Kate is predeceased by her parents Charles and Joan Cole and twin sister Kimberley Lariviere.  Fondly remembered by family and many friends.

The family would like to recognize and give a special thank you to Dr. Dickson, Home Care Services and especially the many nurses from St. Elizabeth Health Care.

Friends will be received at Innisfil Funeral home (7910 Yonge St Stroud) on Wednesday April 20th from 7-9pm with funeral on Thursday April 21st at 11:00am. If so desired donations may be made to the Sick Kids Foundation
