MARJADSINGH, Lora Anna “Laura” - Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones in her Innisfil Home at the age of 59. Her battle with breast cancer embraced her courage in facing life’s challenges with a smile despite the pain. Laura stayed strong and fought until the end. Laura is survived by her Husband Kevin, four children who made up the entirety of her world: Philip (Michelle), Presley, Philishia (Brandon), Pristyel and step-daughter Nancy. She was a proud Grandmother “Uma”, to her three granddaughters: Aaliyah, Samantha, and Selina. Laura was the youngest daughter of the late Adrian Marjadsingh and Monikha Marjadsingh. She will be missed and treasured by her nine siblings and many nieces, nephews, family, and friends. She loved crafting, sewing, and spending time with her loved ones. She enjoyed reading, learning, listening to country and gospel music, and watching documentaries. Laura aspired to travel, create new business ventures, and continue to make precious memories. She will be remembered for her fun, loving, generous and creative nature. A visitation will be held at the Innisfil Funeral Home, 7910 Yonge Street (Stroud) on Thursday from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday, September 10, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be held at Beechwood Cemetery (7241 Jane Street, Concord, ON L4K 1A7) on Friday, September 10, 2021 at 2:30 p.m. PLEASE NOTE: Due to provincial mandates, there will be a limited number of people allowed into the funeral home at a time.
