Passed away peacefully in her 97th year. We will miss her playful nature and always remember her as "Baba" who loved to cook, laugh and love.We all knew that Baba's food tasted better because it was made with love. She was a courageous woman who left her home in Poland as a teenager and worked as a forced labourer in Germany during the war. Following a stay in a Displaced Persons Camp in Germany after the war, Olga immigrated to Canada as an independent young woman where she met and married her husband of 58 years Michael Zoladek (predeceased). Olga is also predeceased by her brothers John, Walter, Peter and Dmytro, and sister Anna. She will be lovingly remembered by her son Walter (Judy), daughters Lucia (Stephen) and Diane (Gary), grandchildren Joseph (Katie), Brendan (Rebecca), Kimberly, Devon and Alexa, and great-grandchildren Jack, Amelia, Lincoln and Lennox.
