Ruth Marie Hofland

Fondly known by family and friends as Ruth, Momsie, Grandma Ruth to grandchildren, and GG to the great-grandchildren, passed away peacefully at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie on Thursday, February 20th, 2020 in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late Gordon Maxwell Hofland. Cherished mother of the late Craig (Patty), Rick (Marrianne), the late Lisa (Steve), Danny (Diane), Heather (Todd) and Darren (Anne). Loving grandmother of Bobby (Rayna), Jamie (Jody), Jennifer (Dave), Danielle (Mike), Tara (Devin), the late Calvin, Katrina, Ryan (Jessie), Kyle (Mychaela), Renee and April. Special great-grandmother of Caden, Keely, Quinn, Ryder, Nash, Jaxin and Gracie. Ruth is survived by her sister Mary Hilts. Friends may be received at the Innisfil Funeral Home (7910 Yonge Street, Stroud), on Thursday, February 27th, 2020 from 11:00a.m. until the time of Funeral Service at 1:00p.m. Burial at St. Peter’s Anglican Cemetery at a later date.
