KAVANAGH, Venus Elizabeth (nee Decker) - It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Venus Elizabeth Kavanagh, in her 78th year, at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre in Barrie on Sunday, February 11th, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Gordon Kavanagh. Cherished mother of Gord (Trudy), Edie, Keith (Charmaine) and pre-deceased by her eldest son William. Much loved grandmother of Robert (Meaghan), Kyle (Erika), Jesse (Kenneth), Elise (Jeremy), Hannah, Steven, and David. Dear Great-grandmother of Makayla. Loving sister of Doreen, Linda, Edgar “Junior”, Marilyn, the late Doris “Dot”, and the late Gloria.  A visitation will be held at the INNISFIL FUNERAL HOME, 7910 Yonge Street (in Stroud) on Wednesday, February 14th  between 7:00 p.m. & 9:00 p.m. and on Thursday, February 15th, 2018 from 2:00p.m. until the time of service at 3:00p.m. Cremation to follow.
